Bellydance technique fundamentals, and energy body awareness via dance.

Slow down, reduce stress, get more in touch with your body, and feel more integrated, relaxed, powerful, balanced.

We will work in alignment with the the dark season to cultivate grace and serpentine elegance, combining physical bellydance technique with an awareness of your energy body.

This class has both technical and meditative elements. It is for dancers who are just beginning, and for those who wish to refine basic technique while further exploring bellydance mysticism. Aepril will be touching on the connections between bellydance, kundalini / sacral energy, and creative sorcery. We will work with the idea of "heart-mind coherence" via dance, helping you become more relaxed and at ease in your body. It is for all levels of experience and genders.
